And today guys are gonna be talking about how to set up hiring ads on Facebook, or basically you’re trying to get more employees for your business. So you can scale. Obviously you need more employees to scale and so on and so forth. So let’s not waste any more time and dive right in
So guys, we have a client that is in a construction company. He owns a construction company and he’s needing more employees, so he can continue to fulfill his work, fill those jobs. Cause right now he’s got a heavy workload, right? So what we’re doing right now is we set up some Facebook ads where people can apply for positions or see that they’re actually hiring and get the word out there a little bit easier. So it’s super simple, guys. If you are already running Facebook ads, there is just one simple thing that you need to do. Now. These types of ads hiring actually fall under the special ad category. So if you are not clicking that check box on the special ad category saying employment, then your ads are not going to get shut down. Now, like we’ve talked about on this podcast before the problem with these special ad categories is you can’t really target the way that you would want to target.
Unfortunately, why Facebook does that? You can call and ask them if you can actually get ahold of them. But like I said, you have to hit that check box, um, for these types of ads. So we are following the same procedures is setting up ads, how we design them, the ad copy and so on and so forth is all the same. But when you set up your Facebook ad, you have to make sure it’s in the special ad category.
