Introduction To The Online Marketing Process
What’s up guys is here. Taylor Timothy, at the end today we’re going to be talking about the digital marketing process, kind of the entire process that I implement and kind of how the whole process I believe should work. So let’s not waste any more time and dive right in.
So the first part of this process, I believe, and I call it the creation phase.
1. Create Some Offer
So the very first thing in the creation phase, I believe you should create some sort of offer. So what I mean by that, something that you’re giving away for free, whether it’s guides, checklist, video series, I talk about this a lot. Go check out the other videos. But basically you need to go out there and you need to create an offer.
2. Create Ad Copy
The second thing that you guys need to do is once you have your offer, you need to go out there and create your ad copy. So there’s a bunch of different types of ad copy out there. You need to create headlines, you need to create long copy, you need to crate short copy, you need to create a bunch of different variations of ad copy. So that you can go out there and test with your offer and see which one best resignates with your target audience.
3. Landing Pages
The third thing we’re going to talk about is landing pages, so basically you need to go out there and create a landing page that reflects your offer, your ad copy, and it basically needs to be the same thing. A lot of times people get confused if the offers different than the landing page, they’ll bounce the leave and doesn’t work that way.
4. Create Videos
The fourth thing you need to do is create videos. Now, one thing you need to know about videos is you don’t need to go out there and spend $60,000 to create an offer. You can easily go out there shooting on your iPhone, shoot it on a camera like I’m shooting here, and create videos. That’s obviously reflecting your ad copy, your offer, and your landing page. All of those things need to correlate.
5. Create Your Audience
The fifth thing you need to do is go out there and create your audiences. So basically you need to go out there and figure out what audiences you feel like are best suited for your business and your message is going to resignate with them the best.
Set Up Phase
The second thing you need to do in this entire phase, I call this the setup phase.
1. Create Ads For Social Media Pages
So you need to go in there, you need to create youtube ads, you need to create Facebook ads, you need to create Google paid ads, you need to create Instagram ads. So there’s a lot of other platforms out there, but those are those four placements or four places you can run ads I believe, and I have seen produce the best results.
So the reason why you need to create all four of those and why I believe you should create all four of those is I believe they all feed each other. So someone might come in on Facebook now you’re remarketing them on Instagram and they turn into a lead. So I believe they all feed each other and you need to run all ads on those placements.
3. Analyze The Data And Make Adjustments If Needed
The third phase of this entire process is now you need to analyze the data you need to make adjustments. Maybe you’re creating new videos, but you’re leaving all the same copy. Maybe you’re creating new copy and leaving the same videos. Maybe you’re making adjustments to your landing pages.
So you have to go out there and make adjustments, turn ads off. The list kind of goes on and on with the types of adjustments you should make. So basically you guys need to analyze the data and then you need to make adjustments to what you’re seeing on the other end. So basically this might until creating more ad copy, different headlines, maybe you’re changing out your videos, maybe you’re making adjustments to your landing pages. Maybe you’re changing your target audience. Honestly, the list kind of goes on and on.
Know Your Key Performance Indicators
So the second part to analyzing data, what I believe is you need to know your key performance indicators, such as how much does it cost to obtain my client? How much can I spend on a lead? How many leads do I need before I close one?
Honestly, key performance indicators could be an entire other videos. So if you guys want me to shoot that post in the comments below, key performance indicator or KPI,
4. Rinse and Repeat
the fourth step to this entire process is rinsing and repeating. So let’s say you nailed it. You create an amazing offer, an amazing ad, and you’re starting to get leads. Awesome. Congratulations. Go do it again. Create a different offer and continue doing this over and over again. So maybe your campaign sucked and it tanked. Guess what you need to try again.
That’s how online marketing works. The more you try, the more you will fell and the more you will succeed. Every online marketer out there, if they say they haven’t felled, they’re lying. I felt a lot. That’s how online marketing works. You fell, you change, you make adjustments and then you succeed. That’s how it works.
