Why I Am A Believer Of Good Website Hosting
To get started off on this video, I just want to tell a story of what happened to me and why I’m a believer in having good website hosting for your clients or for your own personal business.
So back in the day when I first started off as an online marketer, I was working for an agency and I was just doing some side stuff for my buddy’s building websites for me and some of my friends. So all my websites were over on a cheap web host that I use with all my friends. And one morning I woke up and got an email from this web host and they said, your servers have been hacked. You now have a virus on your websites and we’re going to charge you a $350 to get them all off. And for me it was super frustrating because why can, why were they going to charge me to take it off? I pay a monthly service to them. I got super frustrated and basically went and restarted from scratch.
So the agency I was working for, all the clients I worked with, we used a service called WP engine. I don’t get paid to say that, but basically they have always got my back. I’ve yet to have a website crash on their entire platform since I started with them for the last five years I’ve been using them and have yet to have any viruses, hacks, zero problems with them, and that’s what makes me tell you guys you should get good website hosting.

So diving into this youtube video, basically the first reason why you should get good website hosting is a lot of times these website hosts have the best technical support.
So when I got hacked, I ended up calling them and the cheap web hosts and I spent an hour just trying to get through to them and figuring out the problem. The good web service or host that I use, it takes me three to five minutes to contact them and saves me tons of time and tons of money.
2. Offers SSL Certificate Immediately
The second thing is this good web hosts that I’m talking about offers an SSL certificate right out the gate. It’s included in the package. This cheap web host, it’s an upsell. So a lot of times you pay 10 bucks a month and then you have to pay eight bucks a month for the SSL certificates. So now you’re already at $18 a month with this web host and this other web host you’re paying 35 straight out the gate.
3. Faster Server Speeds
The next thing I want to talk about number three is it has faster server speeds.
So this cheap web hosts, a lot of times if you want faster server speeds, you have to, it’s another upsell they have. So now you’re like 18 now you’re at like 23 bucks a month, and then over here you already have fast website speeds. Your servers are already fast and you’re still at the 35 bucks a month. All in all. So now you’re up to 23 and that so faster website speeds, faster server speeds.
Why Is This Important?
The reason why this is important is when it comes to lead generation and marketing and driving traffic to your website. If your website doesn’t load fast enough, it’s just going to cause problems in the long run for you. The reason being is, think about the user experience. The customer comes to your website and your website’s not loading fast enough. A lot of times they’re going to leave immediately. It’s not always the Wifi.
A lot of times it is your website server speeds, so better hosts, you get better website server speeds.
4. Your Website Is The Face Of Your Business
The fourth reason why you guys need to have good website hosting is how I look at it is your website is the face of your business. So for example, every time you go to your car, don’t you want it to start and work all the time. Just like your website. You don’t want your website crashing. You always want your website to be up and running. You want it to always be functioning properly.
Your Website Is Always Backed Up
So how I look at it is you spend a little extra money a month, very minimal. We’re talking 10 to $15 a month on a website host to make sure your website’s always running. It’s always functioning. One thing I forgot to mention about this web host is it backs your site up every 24 hours.
So if there’s any problems you log on, you click it, backs to your website up and you’re right back up to where you were if something does happen.
